About Your Mentor
Sarah Balmer, Modern Medicine Woman
As a medicine woman, I walk with a foot in both worlds, the seen and unseen. FAQs:
What kind of access will I get to Sarah?
All members of the program will get access to me weekly via live calls. You will also have access to me via the private online community. You are always welcome to direct message or send an email with any questions. I promise that you will get the support you need.
What kind of payments do you accept?
We do offer discounts for payment in full, otherwise monthly payment plans are available. Payment is preferred via Credit Card but Paypal is also available upon request.
What do I need for this program?
You will need a computer, internet access, email account and Facebook access to participate in the weekly calls and community. Weekly calls will be held via Zoom. Aside from that, you don't need anything. It is recommended that you have a journal to take notes and keep track of your progress. It is also recommended to come with an open mind and willingness to learn, share and grow.
How long will have access to the program material?
You will have access to the material for one year. Inside this container together, you will be supported and encouraged to take advantage of every ounce of it to fully embody the tools, practices and upgraded beliefs so that at the end of the nine month journey, you will be holding a higher frequency, ready to fly!
Does it matter what my religious affiliation is?
Not at all. This program is presented from a universalist point of view. Many views from eastern wisdom traditions will be presented along with scientific research. You will be empowered to evaluate everything and discern for yourself what feels true and right for you.
How much time will I need to dedicate to this each week?
You will review the program materials at your own pace and that will take about an hour on average and maybe longer to fully review everything. The weekly live calls will be 60-75 minutes and take place on Tuesdays. The times alternate between 1:00pm EST and 7pm EST. Because the journey is a work-at-your-own-pace layout, it is totally fine to take a week off here and there, spend more time with certain modules that feel really juicy while moving through other modules more quickly. The material meets you where you are.
Most of the action steps will be incorporated into your daily life and will require minimal time. Many new ideas and practices will be shared and it is likely that your routine will start to shift. Ultimately it is up to you how much you want to get out of the program - what practices you want to incorporate and how much time you want to dedicate to them. If it feels aligned and expansive, it will not be a burden. It will feel energizing and momentous!
What if I can't make the weekly live call?
Perfectly fine! This program is designed to meet you where you are. We all have busy schedules and there have been people who have literally watched every live call as a replay. What impacts your experience the most is how you show up for the work, the inner work and how you implement the tools and practices. The weekly calls will be recorded and placed in the membership site along with other resources. If you miss a class, you can catch up by watching the recording when it's convenient for you.
How might my life shift or change?
When you dedicate yourself to your own soul healing, growth and expansion, you will come to embody and express more of your own inner truth. This may or may not align with others in your life. It is natural for your relationships to shift as your vibration shifts. It is natural for your entire world to shift. Initially it may feel like part of you is dying or part of your life is falling away. But as you continue forward, life begins to open up in new and unexpected ways. It becomes lighter, synchronicities start to occur and universal energy starts to support you at a new level. Life is flowing in your favor. Know that it is all perfect. And you’ll have amazing support throughout this process!
Is there a guarantee? Are refunds available?
Great question. I can’t guarantee anything for you. I can educate you, encourage you, activate deeper parts within you on an energetic level, and support you at my highest level – but you are the master of your own journey. You control the strings. If you do the work, I promise you’ll experience some powerful shifts! I know that much for sure.
